The RPG

Yendar was filling out paperwork wishing something would come in for him to do that wasn't such a bore. Not 5 seconds after he had made that thought, a leutinant slammed his door open and told him that a small group of 4 enemy scouts had landed about 25 kilometers north or base. The orders where simple, kill them before they can gather any intelligence.

Yendar grabbed his blaster rifle and his gravity saber and ran out the door to his military issue truck and roared off towards the enemy scouts. Once he got within 1 kilometer of the last known location of the scouts, he saw 4 people on motorcycles speeding across the desert, long dust trails following each of the four. Brolli stopped his truck, got out with his blaster rifle and took aim on the lead scout. He steadied his breathing and calculated for distance, speed, and wind. When he shot it was a little off and blew off the scouts leg causing him to wreck his motorcycle and 1 of the other scouts wrecked trying to avoid colliding with the one who had been shot. They both died considering that they were traveling upwards of 225 kph. The other two turned towards Yendar but before they could get close enough to take a shot while still riding the motorcycles, Yendar had plenty of time to take two steady well placed shots at the other 2 scouts speeding towards him killing them before he was ever in danger himself. 

He decided that killing them wasn't quite enough and he went over to each scout's body to search for anything the scouts may have found. On the last scout that he checked he found mission orders to the scout's stating to steal the new propulsion system blueprints to a new ship the Gun Frontier had been designing. Yendar took the paper and stuck it in his pocket and then threw all 4 bodies into the back of his truck and then returned to base to report the mission a success to the leutinant.
